ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome! My name is Dana, I am the founder and tutor at Loving Literacy. I have a bachelor’s degree in History and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Mary Washington. I spent 5 years teaching public school and have been exclusively tutoring for an additional 2 years. I love to READ and believe that every child deserves to be a confident reader. When I’m not helping children reach their full reading potential, I enjoy horseback riding, crafting, and playing with my daughter!
